Structural interventions seek to create an environment that enhances HIV prevention efforts by championing, developing and supporting HIV and other organisations and their workforce. Structural interventions generate the capacity, skills and resources to implement Making it Count and build community and healthy public policy, This section outlines five target groups for structural interventions, and outlines the needs they have to meet to contribute to the reduction of HIV transmission. It also summarises our organisational (service) aims, policy aims and community development aims.
